1. General Guidelines

The term “Sharavathi Boating / I / We / Our " refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.By proceeding with a booking, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.
This website acts as a mediator between the customer and the boat owner. We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the activity.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew and staff at all times.
Alcohol consumption, smoking, and the possession of hazardous items are strictly prohibited on the vessel.
While we facilitate the booking, the boats and services are operated by independent boat owners. We strive for excellence in every listing, but the on-water experience, safety protocols, and vessel maintenance remain the sole responsibility of the respective boat operator.

Bookings can be made exclusively online through our official website.
An advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, rates for confirmed bookings will remain unaffected.
When booking, please select your preferred date by selecting Custom date option. If you choose 'Today' it applies to a visit for today. Please note that your specific boating time will be finalized via a phone call.

Guests are expected to arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking without any refund.
In certain cases, and subject to availability, rides may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of Sharavathi Boating.

All services are subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, Sharavathi Boating reserves the right to cancel or postpone the ride for safety reasons.
If a ride is canceled by the operator due to weather, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
Guest safety is our highest priority. Decisions made by the crew regarding safety protocols are final.
